24V battery systems are standard in large commercial vessels, ocean-going fishing boats, heavy-duty trucks, agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment where the additional voltage provides the power density required for demanding electrical loads. At 20 Amp output, the PowerPlus™ 24V 20 Amp charges large 24V lead-acid and Lithium battery banks efficiently — recovering a 200Ah 24V battery in approximately 10 hours at full output — with ISM (Infinite Sequential Monitoring™) managing the full charge cycle and transition to float maintenance automatically.

IP68 — Installation in Wet Environments

IP68 certification provides complete dust protection and water immersion resistance at manufacturer-specified depth, exceeding the IP67 standard. The PowerPlus™ 24V 20 Amp can be permanently installed in bilge compartments, engine rooms, and enclosed wet areas where water exposure is routine. No shelter, no protective enclosure, no periodic removal required.

UL Marine Ignition Protection

Certified to not produce sparks capable of igniting fuel vapors during normal operation or connection — the independent certification required for any charging device installed in enclosed marine spaces near fuel systems.
