WaveCharge 5ft Marine Extension Cable

Extends the output cable of any Battery Tender® WaveCharge on-board charger bank by 5 feet with a marine-grade cable and connector assembly rated for permanent installation in the harshest marine environments. Where the WaveCharge unit is mounted in an engine compartment, electrical panel, or above-deck enclosure and the battery bank is beyond standard cable reach, the 5ft marine extension provides the additional length needed without compromising the waterproof integrity of the installation.

Marine-Grade Construction

Tinned copper conductors resist corrosion in salt air and marine humidity. Waterproof sealed connectors maintain the system's protection rating in bilge, engine room, and below-deck installations. Built to the same construction standard as the WaveCharge charger line itself for permanent, maintenance-free installation.

When to Use the 5ft Marine Extension

Use when the WaveCharge unit is mounted at the helm, in the forward electrical panel, or in the engine compartment and one or more battery banks are positioned beyond the standard output cable reach — forward battery banks on larger boats, aft battery compartments relative to amidships charger mounting, or any layout where the standard cable falls short of a specific bank's terminal location.
